At the foot of the Sierra of La Demanda, under the attentive gaze of the imposing San Lorenzo, the roof of La Rioja, we find the Monasteries of Yuso and Suso, the cradle of Castilian. In addition to allowing us to enjoy part of Riojan history and culture, this pleasant hiking route, which belongs to the group of paths known as The Steps of San Millán, joins both monasteries by going through the lush forest that separates them.
