How to get to Murillo de Río Leza

Murillo de Río Leza can be reached from Logroño by following the LR-259. This same road, but in the opposite direction, connects the town with Ausejo on the N-232 between Zaragoza and Logroño. Also on this same national road, but at Agoncillo, we will find the LR-261 which goes to Murillo de Río Leza, linking it with Ventas Blancas and Jubera. The intercity bus service of La Rioja stops in the town, connecting it with nearby towns and Logroño.

Once there

Bodegas Paco García is located on the outskirts of Murillo de Río Leza as we follow the LR-261 towards Ventas Blancas and Jubera. The facilities have their own car park where you can leave your vehicle.

An adventure in a winery

The fruit is created and cared for, the grapes are picked, taken to the winery, crushed, fermented and bottled... Do you really know how a wine is made? Enjoy a pleasant family day out at Bodegas Paco García. This family winery combines tradition with modernity thanks to the brilliant drive of Juan Bautista García, son of the founder, and Ana Fernández Bengoa, a couple who have managed to carve out a niche for themselves in the market in a short period of time. For an hour we will see the facilities, talk about the D.O.Ca.Rioja and learn a lot about wine; later we will discover: Paco García Seis and Paco García Crianza accompanied by a small lunch. What do you fancy?

Monday to Friday at 12:00 noon, including public holidays, by prior reservation.

(Closed on Sundays)
